Major Responsibilities: Responsible for working with field operations, marketing and management providing up to the minute reports and data. Perform virtual site visits of facilities. Use SCADA and available technology to communicate alarms to field ops and provide up to date information to field ops as needed/when requested. Support field ops by communicating with service providers, including water and oil transports, third party contractors, and I&E personnel. Document specifics of alarms, focusing on key points of all conversations with field ops, throughout the life cycles of the alarms. Identify potential opportunities to maximize production in real time and initiate/take corrective action, working with field operations. Assist field operations during incidents or emergencies. Manage third party and PNR significant downtime events in a manner to influence optimal timing for events to occur. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, to include special projects. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent certification required. 4 years of oil and gas experience required. Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills required of the position. Willing to work a rotating shift schedule. Willing to work on call, as needed. Proficient with MS Office and SCADA software including Wonderware, Ignition, and XSPOC required. Strong written communication skills required. Able to communicate confidently with various field ops via telephone. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills required. Must be able to work independently and as a contributing team member. Able to maintain productivity working long shift in an office environment. Ability to work with moderate to limited supervision or direction required. Strong analytical, problem solving skills required. Demonstrated leadership skills.
