The NGD Quality Manager will manage and support ISCO specific Quality requirements within the ISCO NGD (natural gas division), primarily with MTD products.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

•   Manages various services administered within NGD, the natural gas division of ISCO, including, but not limited to, facilitation of MTD product development with MTD suppliers and interface coordination with MTD product suppliers.
•   Manages day-to-day activities related to NGD, including expediently resolving challenges and concerns, including coordination and resolution of NCRs, resulting from daily business when required
•   Maintains awareness and working knowledge of the applicable industry standards relevant to the ISCO NGD and the natural gas industry including, but not limited to, Title 49 Part 192, ASTM, ISO, etc.
•   Assists with development and implementation of specific Quality management system programs applicable to NGD, including, but not limited to, QMS documentation required for from incoming product inspection and in-house fabrication of both polyethylene and metallic products, M&TE calibration program, product certifications, NCRs and CARs
•   Recommend, champion, and execute program enhancements
•   Performs internal and external audits when requested and required
•   The NGD Quality Manager is expected to coordinate with ISCO management and staff to maintain a high level of quality performance, by implementing and validating company quality processes and procedures.
•   Develops and maintains ISCO training materials for MTD products and services, specifically as they apply to natural gas requirements
•   As part of the Quality team, the NGD Quality Manager is expected to work with ISCO management and staff to maintain a high level of performance, by implementing and validating company Quality processes and procedures. Such Quality related activities may include but are not limited to:
•   Ensuring product specifications and quality attributes are achieved;
•   Inspecting received and manufactured product to ensure compliance with applicable requirements (i.e. order, standards, etc.) and documenting inspections;
•   Understanding and uses ISCO Quality management system documentation;
•   Maintains and improves product quality by completing assigned audits, and investigating customer complaints (i.e. NCRs, PRAs, RGAs, etc.)
•   Performing training for internal personnel as required, and managing internal facility training/competency records
•   Performing required activities in order to maintain ISCO Quality certifications (i.e. ISO 9001, FM, etc.)
•   Maintain records of QA activities that are accurate, legible, readily identifiable, and easily retrievable/organized
•   Recommend, champion and execute program enhancements
•   Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications for Consideration:

•   Education: Qualified candidates will possess, at minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical discipline. Preferred candidates will have equivalent experience and supervisory experience.
•   Experience:
•   Technical knowledge, education and experience are required.
•   Proficient knowledge and business use of Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel.
•   Understand and operate product testing equipment.
•   Understand, interpret, and develop technical standards.
•   Previous technical writing experience and proficiency, including written technical reports, is preferred. Physical Demands:

•   While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
•   Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
•   Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
•   Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment:

•   Frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions.
•   Occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions, extreme cold (non-weather), extreme heat (non-weather), risk of electrical shock and vibration.
•   Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate or loud.
