Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for creating business opportunities and channels, expand our current footprint and expand our presence and position us to add continued value to the agency. The ideal candidate will help develop and implement a strategy for searching out promising new business opportunities, primarily through effective direct and indirect strategies which will result creating new business revenue for the company. The ideal team member is a self-motivated leader, with a grasp on company goals with an attention to details. This team member will be responsible for assisting Credence with becoming a trusted advisor at the NGA and will foster positive, collaboration for new and continued business opportunities. Must be able to leverage years of existing relationships in the DOD and NGA industry to build and drive new business. Must have a hunter mindset to discover, drive and extend business footprint. Must be able to work using complex analytical skills for Professional Services and IT Consulting Projects and Program Management. Must be capable of positioning Credence as a trusted technology advisor and partner with decision-makers in the client agency's organization. Proven Lead experience in federal marketing and business development including agency account planning, pipeline creation/origination/qualification/development, pursuit team assembly and opportunity development to drive new sales. Must be able to work with Credence people and culture, and strategic partners to drive new opportunities in target accounts within the Federal marketplace. Must become a Credence Ambassador with the ability to articulate and market Credence Management Solution's vision, capability, and value-added support. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Must hold a Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience US Citizenship is required with the ability of obtaining TS/SCI Clearance Must have excellent oral and written skills Demonstrated track record of identifying and closing new business in similar organizations using consultative and collaborative multi-discipline team approach Have a thorough understanding of the organizational structure and priorities of NGA Experience supporting the Emerald and/or RDAS Programs is preferred Deep understanding of commercial and Federal technology trends with the ability to drive positive change following industry perspective via the latest technology solutions in Critical DOD IT Environments Proven track record of 8+yrs of collaborating with technology vendors and partners to close business. DOD business development experience, preferably within Geospatial Intelligence, Enterprise Weapon Systems Applications, DevSecOps, Cyber; Warfare Systems Integration; Tactical/Mission Software/Systems engineering, sustainment and Technology Command Control and Communications Systems with a verifiable track record of exceeding expectations. At least 5 years of experience supporting NGA directly or indirectly Ability to understand complex content and relate content around industry trends, client needs, and our service offerings Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing, high growth environment A Clearance is required: Must have a Top Secret (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) (TS/SCI). Extensive knowledge/experience in specific position duties.
