The business is globally headquartered in London and the business in New York is now more established having launched the office in 2021. Currently there are circa 25 Portfolio Managers trading a range of instruments across the FI, Equities, Credit, Commodities and FX space.
After an impressive 2023 returning a a higher percentage than many of their peers an additional person is required to support the Head of the Team who came from one of the major banks last year at the Senior Vice President level.
We are looking for a senior analyst/associate/AVP level individual who has ideally supported a Fixed Income or Equities derivatives trading desk in a Product Control capacity from either a major bank or a competitior fund.
The business are in the office 5 days a week however there is some flexibility on an adhoc basis. Despite being headquartered in London, New York is integral to the success of the business and you will be involved in firmwide global initiatives and policies.
The business, finance and operations all sit on the trading floor so you must be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders across the Portfolio Management/trading community as well as the Strat/Quant group, risk and operations.

Requirements
- You must have the right to work in the USA
- You must have 2-4 years experience in a bank or hedge fund in a product control/fund accounting role, ideally in Equities or Fixed Income derivatives, however other asset classes will be considered.
- You will be a confident communicator able to engage with people across the business and across the globe (offices in 13 countries)
- You must be prepared to be in the office 5 days a week most weeks
