Responsibilities: We are looking for New Grad Emergency Department (ED) RNs to join our specialty residency program. The Emergency Nurse Residency Program at Clovis Community Medical Center is a state-of-the-art training initiative designed to enhance the skills, confidence, and well-being of new nurses in our Emergency Department (ED). This 16 to 18-week comprehensive program is not just about skill development; it's about fostering a nurturing environment where nurses can thrive professionally and personally. It is tailored to ensure our nurses are well-equipped to handle the ED's unique challenges, all while serving our mission of delivering exceptional care.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
  • Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program
  • RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
  • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
