At Always Home Nursing Services, Inc., we offer recent graduate Registered Nurses (RN's) the opportunity to gain experience participating in an extensive preceptorship training program while doing direct patient care in the home setting for pediatric and young adult patients.
Responsibilities
Utilizes the Registered Nursing (RN) process to monitor, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
Perform Registered Nursing (RN) care which can include, but not limited to enteral feedings, medication administration, tracheostomy care and respiratory treatments, while monitoring for any change of condition.
Provide complete documentation of all care provided.
The Registered Nurse (RN) will perform duties within their scope of practice to meet direct patient care needs.
Qualifications
Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
Current BLS card

We currently have day, evening and NOC shifts available in and around the Lincoln, Roseville and Sacramento area.
Registered Nurses (RN) with one year or more of experience are also encouraged to apply.
Pay rate is dependant on scheduled shifts, experience and funding source.
