New Construction Roofing Supervisor

New Construction Production Supervisor Founded in 1990 and based just north of Nashville, TN, JRC Incorporated is one of the nation's premier commercial companies. Currently working in 48 of 50 states we specialize in capital improvement projects of all types: including steep and low slope roofing, windows, siding, and gutters. We are seeking Production Supervisors to manage crews on commercial New Construction projects in the Nashville, TN area. Plenty of work year round. Work for a company that understands work/life balance. Must have knowledge of New Construction roofing or building. Responsibilities: Schedule & Dispatch Sub-Crews daily Check work for quality and ensure install standards are met Perform final walk-through with property management Ensure daily/weekly reports and paper work submitted on time Ensure all work is completed in a crafts man like manner and to the satisfaction of the customer Review current days work with crews,and check job site crews for proper repair & safety procedures Make decisions regarding man power and equipment needs to keep up production Experience: Experience with TPO, EPDM,or PVC a plus Experience with coping cap/counter flashing Satisfactory work record as a Supervisor with a similar size-roofing Requirements: Possible travel up to 21 days if required by a certain job Valid Driver's License Ability to lift,carry and move items weighing in excess of50 Benefits: Paid Time Off Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance Company Vehicle $40 a day Per Diem for overnight travel 401(k)with Company matching Job Type: Full-time Work Location: mainly Nashville, possible on the road
