- Dates of Coverage: ASAC until permanent placement is agreed upon
- Schedule (Shifts and Hours): Sunday - Saturday, 8a - 5p
- Call Ratio: 1:3
- Adult: 100%
- Outpatient: 10%
- Inpatient: 87%
- Rehab: 3%
- Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: Variable
- Average Number of Hospital-Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: 10-15
- 12 physicians in group
- 5 APP's in group
- Lab Onsite and X-Ray Onsite
- Office Ancillary Staff: 2 RNs, 9 MAs, 9 Patient Care Coordinators (PCC's)
- Office Equipment: NCV, EMG, EEG
- BC/BE within 5 years
