What does the Network Specialist do?
- Providing physical IT support in person as well as virtually
- Work with organization on large infrastructure projects such as security cameras and VOIP phones
- Act as the liaison between internal members and any outside IT projects
- Ad hoc projects such as establishing a ticketing system for IT and facility projects
What does our client need in an Network Specialist - Previous experience supporting an organization on Office 365 systems
- Experience streamlining IT infrastructure projects and acting as the liaison between the organization and anything IT related
- Self-starter and excellent communication skills - able to interact with any individual or department
- Combination of technical exposure and knowledge and willingness to learn additional systems over time.
- Able to work on-site, 5 days a week in Newtown, CT
