Job: Senior Network Engineer


Location: Corporate Office in Warsaw IN area (Some work from home) - Will relo to the area for the right person if needed


About the Role: As a Network Engineer at our company, you'll play a pivotal role in configuring, operating, and supporting our network and computer systems across the Corporate Office and our domestic subsidiaries. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both in the office and remotely, with occasional travel required.


Your Accountabilities:



  • Support team members in resolving network, hardware, and software issues.

  • Configure and set up switches, wireless networks, IP routings, and WAN.

  • Troubleshoot and maintain the Office 365 environment, including SharePoint and email.

  • Manage Windows Server and Active Directories for the Corporate site and U.S. subsidiaries.

  • Perform daily maintenance and manage data storage devices.

  • Define rules for security and firewalls to protect online data integrity.

  • Lead and assist in technical projects, ensuring adherence to scope and timelines.


Position Requirements:



  • Education: Bachelor's in Information Systems, IT, or related field. Relevant experience may substitute.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Information Systems within a business environment.

  • Certifications: Microsoft Certification and Networking Technology Certificate preferred. Engineering Networking Certification a plus.

  • Functional Skills: Proficiency in software installation, network/WAN management, Windows Server/Office365, SharePoint, firewalls, and VMWare. NetApp and experience with JD Edwards, AS400, or IBM I desirable.

  • Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills.

  • Language Skills: Effective verbal and written communication.

Other Important Information:



  • Salary: Commensurate with expertise.

  • Reports To: VP of Human Resources.

  • Core Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

  • Work Week: Monday to Friday; occasional weekends. Average 40-45 hours per week.

  • Direct Reports: None.

  • Travel: Limited (4-6 times per year within the U.S.).
