TNCC and ITOC personnel provide Tier II / III customer service support to US ARMY INSCOM customers. Responsible for providing software support to CISCO routers and switches, Dell PCs, Sun Servers, Juniper routers, In-Line Encryption (INE) devices, network security appliances and other related network hardware. Provide technical guidance to junior Network/System o The base salary range for this position is $102,100 to $183,800. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations . Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For "remote" positions, the salary to be offered is geographic dependent. Here's what you'll need: Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI Educational Requirement: None Certification Requirements: IAT-3: CISA, or CISSP, or CASP, or GCIH, or GCED CCNA, or CCNP Experience Requirements: 8 years of experience configuring, operating, and troubleshooting networks Essential Functions Work Environment Work will be performed inside a large facility. An inside environment may be a cubicle (considerations: close quarters, low to moderate noise, bright or dim lighting). Work assignments vary based on client requirements. Work may include travel with the military to participate in exercises in austere conditions Outside work may include various environmental conditions including hot, dusty, cold, icy and windy climates. Physical Requirements Sitting at desk. Phone use and PC or laptop. Filing required. May require lifting and carrying boxes of supplies or files up to 25 lbs. Extended periods of sitting while on PC/laptop or phone. Attendance Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is mandatory. It is important to be able to work any shift/designated hours required.
