WORK DESCRIPTION:
We seek a driven, results-oriented individual to support the network team. The primary responsibilities for this individual will include the creation, moving to production (MTP), and ongoing management of a new video streaming and on-site corporate communications service offering. The primary responsibilities of this position are:
- Initial inventory of all current and potential signage locations and deployed equipment.
- Configuration and implementation of signage displays.
- Weekly status reports.
- Daily monitoring of system status.
- Create, update, and maintain operational documentation.
- Resolution of tier-1 generic network incidents and requests.
- Resolution of tier-2 and 3- technology-specific incidents and requests supporting the Video Streaming and onsite Corporate Communication services.
