As a Network Administrator, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and other network infrastructure components.
2. Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
3. Monitor network performance and security, identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
4. Implement and enforce network security policies, including access control, encryption, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
5. Conduct regular network audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of network protocols, topologies, and technologies.
• Solid knowledge of networking hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools, such as Wireshark, Nagios, or SolarWinds.
• Familiarity with network security concepts and technologies, including VPNs, VLANs, IPSec, and SSL/TLS.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex network issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
