Lucayan Technology LLC is hiring a Network Administartor to support Koa Lani JV LLC to provide onsite Cybersecurity, Systems Administration, Network Administration Support for the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) operations support contract. The Network Administartor will provide engineering support for Wide Area Network (WAN) services; to include the provision, monitoring, and management of voice and data multiple networks that interconnect two or more separate facilities that span a geographic area larger than a campus or metropolitan area. Transmission technologies include, but are not limited to, dedicated Internet connections, Internetbased Virtual Private Networks, Circuit activation, WAN Acceleration Hardware/Software, Identity Service Engine (Cisco ISE), Black Core. Contractor shall provide engineering support for Local Area Network (LAN) services; to include the provision, monitoring, and management of networks that are usually confined to a single facility or portion of a facility. LAN components may include wired and wireless LANs supporting all network traffic originating from desktop devices, local file and print servers, application servers, database servers, peripherals, firewalls/routers, other network devices and other user premise devices. Job Description: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues Design and implement network infrastructure Configure and maintain network equipment Create and maintain network documentation Monitor security systems and implement necessary measures Perform network backups and disaster recovery procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network availability Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Proven work experience as a Network Administrator or similar role Shall possess Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching certification. Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies Familiarity with network diagnostic tools Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment Detail-oriented and organized Top Secret Clearance Required Experience: Shall have at least ten (10) years' hands-on experience managing complex, multiequipment vendor, wide-area networks The manager/lead shall possess a high degree of expertise to include following technologies: routers, network switches, network encryption devices (e.g. KG/SG-250), Ethernet, 802.1X, VPNs, GRE tunneling, CSUs/DSUs, TCP/IP, UDP, MPLS, IPv4, IPv6, PVCs, ACLs, MPLS, CWM, DWDM. ii. Shall oversee the internal enterprise services of Network Administration, System Administration, Unified Capabilities, and Cybersecurity. Experience with network security systems Experience with virtualization technologies Industry certifications such as CCNA or CCNP Experience with cloud networking Experience with network performance optimization
