Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for network and telecom systems? We are seeking a Network Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and supporting our network and telecom LANs & WANs. You will monitor and maintain our systems to ensure they meet performance, security standards, and maintain uptime and effectiveness.




Responsibilities:



  • Network Management: Oversee the design, installation, and support of all network and telecom systems, ensuring 100% uptime.

  • Customer Service: Foster positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.

  • Technical Inventory: Maintain detailed records of all network and telecom hardware and software.

  • Technical Support: Liaise with hardware and support vendors, manage cabling projects, and provide technical administration.

  • Security: Ensure network security, backup configurations, and review security practices with IT management.

  • Procurement: Manage orders and pricing for network and telecom equipment, and monitor network device connectivity.




Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 2 years of network administration experience.

  • At least 1 year of experience with CISCO switches and firewall management.

  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a Gaming License issued through POIGRA.

  • CompTIA Network+ or Cisco Certified Entry Network Technician (CCENT) preferred.

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) required within the first year of employment.

  • Strong knowledge of MIS, IT concepts, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Project.

  • Flexible schedule, including 24/7 on-call availability.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft, AS/400, and UNIX applications.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
