Job DetailsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and emerging technologies
Experience in the administration and optimization of NetSuite and other business applications
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
Experience with Zendesk a plus
Project management experience and certification (PMP, ITIL) is a plus
Other applications a plus (365, ERP, CRM etc.)
Knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and compliance standards
