This role as a NEPA Specialist will provide technical advisory and assistance support to the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Environmental Impact Analysis Division (AFCEC/CIE) program. Position provides support to government staff and management of Environmental Impact Analysis (EIAP) projects including Environmental Impact Statements (EISs) and Environmental Assessments (EAs) from programming and validation through funding, execution via contracts, and completion of decision documents. The salary expectation for this role ranges from $70-$100,000.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in NEPA management and related environmental regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's degree within the environmental industry
- Experience with regulatory agency interaction

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Support Services: Offer A&AS for Air Force environmental initiatives, including impact analysis and regulatory compliance.
- Technical Expertise: Conduct evaluations, policy analysis, technical writing, and stakeholder consultations.
- Project Management: Oversee technical work, client deliverables, and mentor junior staff.
