We are getting ready to advance to the next level, and to achieve this, we require someone like you: an experienced and results-oriented sales leader to drive our growth across multiple markets in the Americas.


You will:

  • Develop a strategic plan to deliver strong growth across all regions and products that delivers consistent profitable growth
  • Manage both direct and indirect sales channels to develop and execute localized tactical plans
  • Work closely with the Pixelink and Special Optics (Navitar business segments) team to develop sales strategies that deliver growth for all product lines
  • Drive the direct sales team to build and manage their opportunity pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Lead the direct sales teams to create accurate forecasts to enable operational and financial planning
  • Champion Key Account relationships within key markets, partnering with the Strategic and Key Account team across Zygo Navtiar
  • Work with Marcom team to develop an Americas communication strategy
  • Develop and coach best practice methods with the sales team to develop high goal achievements

Perfect match:

  • Experience in sales senior roles, with demonstrated success leading a sales team
  • Experience with developing and implementing a promotion/marketing plan
  • Knowledge and experience within at least one of the Optics, Aero, Defense and Automotive industries
  • Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to team and ability to recognize and develop talent
  • Degree within a technical specialty preferred (Engineering Qualification preferred)
  • Knowledge and experience implementing best sales practices and tools
  • Be comfortable with travelling - up to 30%
