Position Description:

Project Assistant helps the operations department execute facility maintenance requests from beginning to end. Excellent computer and phone skills are a requirement. The ability to manage a large volume of work in a fast-paced environment is important to success. This is an office-based position requiring heavy collaboration and organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and execute a large volume and variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling subcontractors to execute repairs within budget and on time.
  • Follow up on subcontractor quotes and completion documents to ensure projects are quoted and completed within SLA.
  • Verify subcontractors are on track for scheduled site visits.
  • Provide exemplary customer service and communication.
  • Use various computer tools to communicate and document project information per company procedures.
  • Source subcontractors for various scopes of construction trade work using internal and external resources.
  • Confirm subcontractors meet LPS insurance and procedural requirements.

Requirements:

  • Ability to quickly learn work order management systems.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
  • Critical thinking / Problem solving skills.
  • Significant phone and computer fluency.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset.

Compensation and Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401k

Salary range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour plus monthly bonus opportunities
