Current Opportunities:Our National Clinical Educator works with the AVP Clinical Education and Clinical Operations Team, Clinical Area/Regional leadership to deliver new hire orientation materials to new hires within the PDS Division. Essential Job Functions: Works with the AVP of Clinical Education to develop new training programs/communicate changes in training programs or content. Stays abreast of latest clinical information/trends and ensures training material is current, evidence based, and aligns with Aveanna policies. Networks with colleagues through appropriate professional organizations to enhance job knowledge and educational recommendations. Delivers quality/effective course material through virtual classrooms. Documents delivery of training/competency as applicable. Demonstrates a professional, upbeat, customer service-oriented style in all interactions. Utilizes meaningful tools and methods to assess and monitor the effectiveness of delivered training. Utilizes professional verbal and written communication in carrying out all assignments. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Minimum Requirements: Three years related pediatric and or adult nursing or other related experience in healthcare industry Education and leadership experience preferably related to the healthcare industry specifically home care/home health Self-driven and maintains high initiative Clinical Degree required RN license -multistate preferred Some travel may be required Special Requirements (skills, education, licenses, etc.) Appropriate active clinical license to the specified business line Appropriate clinical skills related to the specified business line (IV, trach, vent, feeding tubes, feeding pumps, enteral, ostomy, etc.) High Energy Is able to keep the audience engaged and attentive Access to environment conducive to virtual on camera training Other Skills/Abilities Must be able to adhere to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times Quick-thinking and astute decision-making skills Attention to detail Time Management Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution Excellent organization and communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Strong commitment to excellence Physical Requirements Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English Must be able to travel Occasional lifting, caring, pushing and pulling of up to 25 pounds Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods Must have visual and hearing acuity Environment Performs duties in a remote environment Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
