What you'll be doing:

  • Lead all Account Management, Key Account Management, and Specialist Sales Teams to achieve budget goals for Sales and Margin
  • Create a growth culture of new sites and capture share of wallet from competition
  • Ensure Quill brand is represented for all interactions within our sales teams
  • Responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and setting sales goals across team and verticals.
  • Create an engaged, higher energy, inclusive culture
  • Monitor KPIs across all sales teams to drive a consistent expectation across teams
  • Results: Sales, Margin, Retention Rate, AOS, New Sites
  • Activities: Pipeline Created, Won, Talk Time, Leads Generated

What's needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 7+ Sales Leadership experience
  • Managed a team for 5+ years with track record of team(s) hitting/exceeding KPI's and delivering on business results.

What's needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with leading, developing and coaching team members in sales roles by leveraging sales methodology (i.e. Miller Heimann) to create an inclusive environment that drives engagement and career development.
  • Understands how to impact pipeline through coaching, reporting, and actions to increase win rates at a seller and team level.
  • Created diverse, inclusive culture with focus on career development
  • Familiarity with & sales methodology (i.e. Miller Heiman)
  • Implemented a new strategy from concept to final product
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills especially: Power BI, PPT, and Excel
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
