SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, while actively promoting and selling our products. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:

Generate new leads and proactively identify business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the packaging industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Conduct market research to identify potential target customers and industries.

Present and promote our products to prospective clients, showcasing their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Account Management:

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

Understand customers' needs and requirements, and provide customized solutions accordingly.

Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on new product offerings, promotions, and industry developments.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.

Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Sales Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management.

Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple priorities.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
