The Multimedia Specialist will create professional photography, videography and digital graphics for a variety of audiences and platforms, while maintaining the club's branding standards.

This is a hybrid role base out of AAA Northeast Headquarters in Providence, RI


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Perform the planning and producing of short-form photo/video shoots and completes all post-production processing, including editing, correction, asset management, and the collection of image release waivers. Comfortable shooting/filming in studios, at the office, at events and on-location across our club footprint

Concepts and storyboards new photo/video/digital media projects based on creative briefs and business line needs. Understands and maintains the brand strategy for business lines

Creates interactive graphics for use on websites, social media, and as part of digital media or video campaigns

Manage multiple, simultaneous projects to reach targets, staying on schedule and on budget

Collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, on all aspects of projects, including planning, content, production level and platforms, turnaround time, corrections, approvals and project estimates

Maintains equipment and travel within the AAA Northeast footprint to attend on location photo/video shoots

WHAT YOU NEED:

Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years relevant work experience OR 6+ years of relevant experience

Creative self-starter with knowledge of lighting, composition and camera/lens combinations

Possess strong graphic design, typography, video and multimedia development skills

Maintains a high level of work output and quality in a fast-paced environment

Operate an Apple computer and mobile device with Adobe and Microsoft software applications

Prioritize, organize and accomplish work to achieve specific goals

Must be familiar with current digital best practices and be able to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

Willingly, effectively and proactively communicate and collaborate with colleagues, supervisors and stakeholders

Encourage, build and maintain mutual trust, respect and cooperation with others

Travel Requirement: 15%, travel varies across AAA NE locations
