Job Summary: The Multi Site Construction Manager will oversee the development and construction of multiple veterinary hospital facilities across different locations. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Travel required: Intermittent, up to 35%. Responsibilities Duties & Responsibilities: Manage and oversee day to day operations of multiple construction projects across the country. Assist in the development of comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for each construction project. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and specifications. Conduct site visits and assessments to identify potential challenges and develop effective solutions. Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and reporting requirements. Monitor project expenses, track costs against budgetary allocations, and implement cost-saving measures where possible. Negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization. Review and approve contract documents, change orders, and payment requests in accordance with established procedures. Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and issues. Prepare and present comprehensive progress reports, including financial summaries, to senior management and other key stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Required: Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, architecture field, preferably with a focus on multi-site project management. Experience reviewing and marking up construction drawings. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Well-developed financial and analytical skills Proficient in MS Office with emphasis in Excel Experience with Smartsheet or other project management tools. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong planning and organizing skills. Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple business objectives and projects with the proper sense of urgency and limited supervision. Strong written and oral presentation skills; ability to present concisely and with detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred Education and Experience: Veterinary or human health medical construction experience preferred.
