Multi-Domain Operations T&E Analyst with Security Clearance

Job Description PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as Contractor support to the TRMC Multi-Domain Integration (MDI) T&E Portfolio Manager
Provide insight to the MDI Portfolio Manager on matters related to the goals, formulation, and execution of the portfolio
Obtain information on evolving and emerging Multi-Domain Operations requirements, assess impacts to near- and far-term future T&E infrastructure requirements, and recommend solutions
Perform analysis to determine adequacy of multi-domain T&E infrastructure, facilities, funding and workforce
Lead and conduct research on MDI T&E challenges, issues, and potential solutions: obtain relevant DoD documents, conduct studies, analyze options and develop required documentation
Lead evaluation of multiple MDI program proposals, evaluating for technical feasibility and suitability for inclusion in future MDI T&E roadmaps; coordinate investment recommendations with TRMC Joint Mission Environment Test Capability SMEs
Interact and coordinate as required with USINDOPACOM and USEUCOM headquarters and components to understand multi-domain experimentation and operational training execution goals, and translate those goals into executable T&E investment requirements and regional capabilities Requirements MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Multi-disciplinary engineering and analytical background (BSME or equivalent BS engineering degree with applicable, similarly broad technical experience)
Operational experience applicable to USINDOPACOM or USEUCOM headquarters or component operations
Minimum ten (10) years of general work experience; minimum five (5) years of relevant professional experience
Minimum three (3) years of relevant unit-level Test & Evaluation experience
Demonstrated ability to evaluate capability proposals and determine trade space to optimize intended effects
Ability to work effectively both individually and as a member of a team
Willingness to work on all aspects of team priorities
Ability to work with a wide range of contributors, to include engineers, subject matter experts, functional teams, and senior leadership
Experience tracking team progress to plan
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work within tight deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills including copy editing experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Active TS/SCI ClearanceDESIRED SKILLS:
MSME or equivalent MS engineering degree with applicable, similarly broad technical experience
Strategic level knowledge and leadership experience in joint, coalition, and/or inter-agency operations
Developmental and Operational T&E experience; joint/inter-service interoperability T&E experience
Experience in the development, drafting, editing, publishing, distribution, coordination of executive-level communication deliverables, to include information papers, guidance memoranda, policies, technical reports, congressional reports, annual reports, responses to media inquiries, briefings, and presentations
Strategic level knowledge of computer/communications network T&E techniques
Strategic level knowledge of multi-service Command and Control and communications systems, capabilities and employment
Strategic level knowledge of Multi-Domain Operations doctrine and capabilities
Experience with strategic planning, identification of capability gaps, and solution development
Knowledge of advanced weapons systems and experience with special access required programs
Recent military operational experience in USINDOPACOM's or USEUCOM's area of responsibility; command and control operations experience a plus from any service component
Department of Defense and National Capital Region experience
Familiarity with the Missile Defense Agency
Understanding of space mission systems and nuclear command and control
