Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Performing routine and preventive maintenance on all production and operating equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and longevity.
2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
3. Repairing and maintaining AC/DC drives and motors to ensure optimal performance.
4. Handling hydraulic systems, including troubleshooting and performing necessary repairs or replacements.
5. Collaborating with production team to understand and address equipment issues and improve operational performance.
6. Implementing improvements to equipment and processes to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
7. Maintaining accurate and timely records of maintenance work performed, and providing reports as required.
8. Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing or similar industrial setting.
2. Proficiency in electrical systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, mechanical systems, AC/DC drives & motors, and hydraulic systems.
3. A strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations within a manufacturing environment.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues efficiently and effectively.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
6. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
7. A proactive approach to maintenance, with the ability to anticipate and address issues before they escalate.
8. Physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
