Required Qualifications: Expert knowledge base of the MTSS framework and research based interventions Minimum five (5) years of effective teaching experience Preferred Qualifications: Minimum three years effective experience in offering support to teachers in: identifying needs of the core and developing an action plan to strengthen instruction o coordinating targeted interventions for students across all tiers providing academic, behavior, and/or social/emotional resources for all students Master's Degree from an accredited educational institution preferred Job Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the school MTSS Problem-Solving Team Model interventions, data collection and analysis, and progress monitoring for teachers Provide professional development in the MTSS framework Assist in the development of intervention plans for students Conduct fidelity checks to monitor intervention implementation Model interpretation of data literacy and guide grade-level teams in analyzing trends in quantitative data Possess specialized knowledge and skills that build capacity of an organization Collaborate with administration to support the MTSS framework and needs Provide evidence based interventions to small groups of students Performs any other duties or tasks as assigned by the supervisor DISCLAIMER The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
