The MSP Program Coordinator will provide operations support to the MSP operations team and the Client(s). He or she will support strategy, operational initiatives, and growth as defined by their leaders. This role is responsible for supporting the strategic business plan targets for both sales' growth and segment profit contribution. This position serves in collaboration with other divisions across the organization. This role will provide the day-to-day client delivery to meet the client's and company's expectations, goals, and KPIs. The typical schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm but must be able to work outside of these hours when necessary. We actively support client locations across the United States, and this requires a shift in a typical work schedule from time to time to effectively meet with East Coast or West Coast sites. Salary Range: The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $17- $22 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. •   Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the clients.
•   Manage the internal shared PMO Inbox at the beginning of the day and throughout the day.
•   Assist in processing payroll weekly for all clients within MSP.
•   Upload all Hiring Manager approval emails to Teams site.
•   Create requisitions/orders in Stafftrack when they are provided.
•   Generate weekly schedules in Stafftrack.
•   Update assignments, clean up rosters and orders, and process terminations in Stafftrack.
•   Create work order in Stafftrack for new positions, new PO's, new pay rates, and new suppliers.
•   Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs for all processes.
•   Obtain and follow up with suppliers on the weekly hours for their workers at the client sites.
•   Obtain and follow up with Hiring Managers on client approvals for supplier hours.
•   Enter Hiring Manager approvals in Stafftrack and tracker sheet.
•   Create and submit SOWs to request new Purchase Orders (PO's) from the client.
•   Work with Accounting on any rejected or unapproved invoices for follow up with the client on PO issues.
•   Assist in auditing for any missing Hiring Manager hours approvals to ensure we obtain and retail all manager approvals for Sox Compliance.
•   Review open orders and status in Stafftrack.
•   Review Take Actions in Stafftrack and follow up for completion.
•   Ensure that all documents and files are in Teams.
•   Assist with Stafftrack system testing of any new functionality and enhancements. Education and/or experience
•   High School diploma or GED, at least 2 years of experience in a Staffing Industry role
•   Intermediate Excel skills.
•   Experience with one or more VMS tools preferred (Fieldglass, XRM, IQ-Navigator, Beeline, Coupa, SmartTrack, Elevate, or VNDLY) or Stafftrack systems configuration.
•   Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from suppliers and client managers.
•   Good written and verbal communication skills, and flexibility in a fast-paced setting.
