MS Dynamics Finance & Operations Architect

Location: Ideally Chicago but can be outside of area

Length: 6 months with a possibility of 6-month renewal.

The Role

Client is seeking a senior level Dynamics Architect to lead the architecture, design, and execution of a Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations integration effort within one of our large CCWIS (child welfare) solutions delivery projects. This role will lead the implementation and configuration of the Dynamics Finance and Operations product in conjunction with our cloud based Saas product, mCase. The use of Dynamic is for the tracking of funds across different accounts associated with a large number of child welfare programs and services.

Responsibilities include:

Define and architect high-level solution designs tailored to project needs, ensuring scalability and resilience.

Direct the technical development and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations.

Work closely with business analysts, project managers, stakeholders, and internal audit teams for compliance, and alignment on requirements and expectations.

Collaborate with the solutions delivery team to ensure scalability and resilience.

Resolve application and technical programming issues.

Prepare technical specifications and documentation of application designs and workflows.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations implementations.

8+ years of dedicated experience in developing, customizing, tuning, troubleshooting, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365/Dynamics AX for Finance and Operations development.

Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to a variety of cross-group stakeholders.

Advanced skills in X , C , SQL, Azure DevOps, and other Dynamics-related tools.

Comfortable with Visual Studio Team Services, source control and fully capable of using LCS for deployments and configurations.
