Responsibilities:

Establish and manage daily operational procedures.

Set service rates, approve deviations, and manage budgets.

Recruit and train employees, ensuring service quality.

Address customer inquiries and warranty issues promptly.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Mentor technicians and provide feedback.

Troubleshoot complex motor issues and collaborate with engineers.

Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Skills and Experience:

Motor Technician experience.

Leadership or supervision experience.

Knowledge of industry standards and product lines.

Experience with Vibration Analysis and troubleshooting motors exceeding 1000HP.

Ability to identify and evaluate motor failures.

Education:

Associate degree or higher in relevant field.

Tools/Equipment:

Proficiency in MS Office, Oracle, CRM, and electronic instruments.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
