Perform routine pre-and-post-operation equipment inspections to ensure proper functioning and identify any maintenance or repair needs. Collaborate with the project team, including supervisors and fellow operators, to determine the required grade and slope specifications. Utilize hand signals, two-way radios, or other communication tools to coordinate with ground personnel during grading operations. Safely navigate the motor grader on various terrains, maintaining control and adhering to safety guidelines. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work completed, hours worked, and any incidents or accidents.
