Job Tittle: Monitor Recovery Rep I/Customer Service
Location: Houston, TX 77038
Duration: 6 months (POSSIBLE TEMP TO HIRE)
Schedule will be 10-7 with training schedule of 8-5, as well as rotating weekends 8-5.
Makes calls to patients to assist them in returning their device. Scheduling UPS. Heavy inbound and outbound calls.
Must be able to navigate to several systems to Product the full knowledge. Project (Copy and paste numbers from excel into call log) heavy data entry. Must be customer service centric. Sitting for long periods of time.
Job Description: Job Purpose
Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty, center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures).
Key Responsibilities
Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments.
Perform returned materials process including initiation, receipt, expediting and closing RMAs.
Use of Data Works system for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranty and report generation.
Receive product orders and process to shipment.
Provide international customer service at times, and in such event, work a flexible schedule.
Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
