Working on Assembly in the Molding area 1st shift: 7am to 3:30pm M-F
Responsible for the assembly of a wide variety of assemblies and subassemblies to produce a quality product for our customer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Observe all safety rules and regulations including wearing and maintaining personal protective equipment. Maintain work area in a clean and safe condition.
- Operates equipment in a safe manner.
- Participates in Level 3 activities such as scrap and rework elimination projects along with various other events.
- to accurately assemble equipment and products
- Perform microscope inspection on assembled parts
- Maintain inventory of product in work stations
- Perform quality work checks to insure the product meets quality standards
- Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
