JOB DESCRIPTION
X8 seeks an experienced, cleared Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) to conduct systems engineering, design analysis, development support, and evaluate key components of the USCYBERCOM Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) using Cameo or similar system-modeling software. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise system models to support the development and integration of cyber capabilities into the JCWA, as well as the modernization and sustainment of existing systems and capabilities

• Apply systems engineering expertise to requirements analysis, concept/technology development, architecture analysis, risk assessments, and test & evaluation processes for a wide range of offensive and defensive cyber capabilities

• Develop model profiles, tool plug-ins, architecture frameworks, and model queries in the MBSE tools that capture and analyze models of the systems being developed throughout their lifecycle from concept definition through fielding and support
WHAT REQUIRED SKILLS YOU'LL BRING

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or related discipline

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years experience

• Experience in system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and associated modeling software

• 4+ years of experience working in Cameo Systems Modeler or MagicDraw

• Broad systems engineering experience including early concept development, requirements analysis, design, test and evaluation, and risk assessment
WHAT DESIRED SKILLS YOU'LL BRING

• USCYBERCOM experience

• Advanced degree in Systems Engineering or Physics

• Experience with UML/SysML, DoDAF, WOSA (Weapon Open System Architecture), MOSA (Modular Open System Approach), or GRA (Government Referenced Architecture)

• OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Language (SysML ) Professional (OCSMP)" certification.
MINIMUM CLEARANCE REQUIRED

• Current and Active Top Secret SCI CI Poly
COMPENSATION

• Pay Range: Starting at $150,000 - $185,000 (depending on education and experience)
• Up to 5% annual salary retention bonus
• Up to $5,000 continuing education reimbursement. Up to $10,000 employee referral bonus
