Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling, monitoring performance, and enforcing safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and quality meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on-site.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
  • Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction, including disputes between subcontractors, design changes, and unforeseen site conditions.
  • Participate in project meetings, including pre-construction meetings, progress meetings, and close-out meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Construction Superintendent on $15M+ commercial projects
