We live and breathe the mission right along-side our users. In this position, you will be responsible: Creating mission level training and communications for the SAFFIRE program. Develops and maintains our web-based outreach portal (SAFFIRE University), training material, documentation, videos, newsletters and communications about products to the user base. Conducts mission relevant demonstrations and trainings to the user-base and coordinates communications campaigns to the users and stakeholders to ensure full visibility of our products and capabilities. More About the Role Work with mission and engineering teams to identify documentation needs and develop and maintain a variety of materials. Work with the engineering and mission teams to plan and execute communication campaigns for a highly diverse workforce. Ensure the mission relevance of materials and delivery approach that is targeted to the community. You'll Bring These Qualifications: Experience working with tools in the intelligence community (5 years) Experience developing materials in a variety of formats - Product Documentation, Briefing, Web, Video, etc. (5 years) Experience teaching advanced processing, tools, and techniques to non-technical users (2 years) Ability to work with engineers and mission experts to capture and document complex topics in an accessible fashion. Experience using Word, Confluence, Interlink, JIRA Ability to develop and execute communication campaigns to a diverse userbase. These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: Understanding of GEOINT concept Experience as an analyst or data scientist in the intelligence community Experience with Object Based Production (OBP) Understanding of advanced technology including machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer vision, etc. Experience with training in the classroom and virtual settings Experience working with WordPress or similar.
