Torch Technologies is seeking candidates to provide threat weapon systems analysis support in support of Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) missions. In this role, candidates will analyze and assess foreign threat weapon systems with an emphasis on processing, evaluating, and analyzing SIGINT data. Candidates will work closely as part of a small mixed-contractor team and collaborate with Intelligence Community (IC), industry, and mission partners to assess missile airframe, propulsion, kinematics, seeker, fuze, guidance and control features, and technology developments pertaining to foreign threat weapon systems. Candidates will Accumulate, catalogue, and report on SIGINT data Process, interpret, and analyze raw data into usable information for analysis Develop software algorithms and routines to advance analysis capabilities Work closely with small teams to advance the understanding of system designs Support collaborative working group meetings The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in data processing, missile systems and performance analysis related to missiles and their supporting components. Preferred candidates will have experience using MATLAB software environment and have experience with one or more of the following Characterization of foreign missile threats All-source SA&TI data analysis to include SIGINT Analysis of surface-to-air missile (SAM) systems Job Requirements B.S. degree or better in engineering, computer science, math, physics or another technical discipline from an accredited university is required. Experience supporting the IC is preferred but not required. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience TS/SCI/poly security clearance Knowledgeable or experienced with MATLAB Excellent written and spoken communication skills Ability to work in a diverse multi-disciplinary group Strong work ethic and positive attitude Position requires that candidates maintain a TS/SCI security clearance in order to access classified information. Inability to obtain and maintain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position. Although not anticipated, some limited travel may be required for this position.
