Job Description BAE Systems is seeking an exceptional Program Manager for an exciting opportunity to support the Air Force's acquisitions and sustainment of the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) system, known as Minuteman III (MMIII). Tell me about this job. This position will directly support the MMIII Program Integration Office (PIO). The PIO is a strategic initiative, established in response to the increasing complexity and scale of MMIII projects and the need for a more integrated approach to align them with our overarching organizational goals. The PIO marks a significant shift in how project management is conceptualized and executed in our organization. It represents our commitment to strategic alignment of acquisition and sustainment programs, operational efficiency in the MMIII Systems Program Office (SPO), and proactive risk management across the ICBM enterprise. This position will directly support the MMIII SPO Deputy Director. Duties will include providing expert program management advice and support to the government program leaders and engineers regarding all aspects throughout the acquisition life cycle. This position will directly handle future/current program and project schedules, assist with budget management and plan milestone events for each assigned project. This position will also be expected to prepare and deliver regular Program Management Review (PMR) briefs on the status of each assigned project. Specifically, this BAE Systems team member will be responsible for supporting the government customer in the creation, review, and assessment of all program documentation, architecture needs, and future systems acquisition proposals in order to meet acquisition requirements, risk mitigation and schedule timelines. This team member will assist in the day-to-day PIO operations including program status tracking, meeting support, and schedule tracking. The position interacts with government customer staff and senior leaders at program, Division and SPO Director levels. This team member will also coordinate and integrate actions with other project managers, engineers, logisticians, testers, and external agencies.

Do not miss this. Required Education, Experience, & Skills 10 years of directly related experience in Program Management. (8 years w/ Master's degree). Must have current Secret security clearance or higher and be eligible for Top Secret clearances. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience working with the Minuteman III and/or Sentinel programs is highly desired.
Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communications skills in addition to sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with customer and company personnel Familiarity with, or willingness to rapidly learn, DoD acquisitions activities in accordance with DoD Directive 5000.01 and DoD Instruction 5000.02, as well as any other relevant U.S. law, DoD, CJCS, USAF, or other Service Component directives, policies, instructions, or guides
High level of proficiency using office software such as Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Familiarity with, or willingness to rapidly learn, schedule management programs such as Primavera or Microsoft Project is desirable. Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $103590 - $176130 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
