The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience designing building and maintaining databases with Microsoft Access, database tuning to accommodate complex queries against large datasets in excess of 10 million records, normalizing data and database design in preparation for future transition to a SQL solution and cloud environment. Required Qualifications:
• 2 Years' experience working in intelligence with the military or IC agency.
• 4 Years of experience in a position where their primary duty involved designing, building, and maintaining databases specifically using Microsoft Access.
• 2 Years' experience working with SQL and VBA
• Must meet requirements for Database Administrator (421) intermediate/journeymen level and applicable policies of the DoD Cyber Security Workforce Improvement Program, DoD 8570.01-M, including those specified in the Department of the Navy Cyberspace Information Technology and Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) Management and Qualification Manual (SECNAV M-5239.2). Desired Qualifications:
• 8 Years' experience working in intelligence with the military or IC agency.
• 6 Years of experience in a position where their primary duty involved designing, building, and maintaining databases specifically using Microsoft Access.
• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP, MCSE, MCDBA) certification or equivalent.
• 4 Years' experience working with SQL and VBA
• Must meet requirements for Database Administrator (421) intermediate/journeymen level and applicable policies of the DoD Cyber Security Workforce Improvement Program, DoD 8570.01-M, including those specified in the Department of the Navy Cyberspace Information Technology and Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) Management and Qualification Manual (SECNAV M-5239.2).
