What you will be responsible for
As Middle Office Services Team Member you will
  • Work within a team of investment operations professionals responsible for all aspects of Collateral and Margin management, processing, reconciliation and dispute management
  • Serve as key day to day contact for internal and external stakeholders, work to resolve complex issues, and define and recommend process improvements to mitigate the risk of repeated issues.
  • Build and maintain subject matter expertise related to Collateral management and proactively seek out ways to identify and address inefficiencies
  • Enhance a culture of prudent risk management and continuous improvement within the team and broader organization
  • Maintain a strong awareness of industry best practices and trends and remain up to date with industry initiatives and regulations

  • Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a Business-related major, Accounting or Finance preferred
  • 1+ yr. collateral processing and/or 1+ yr. of Equity or Fixed Income Trade settlement resolution or custody side trade processing/ trade monitoring
  • Preferred System experience: GTM, CRD, CSM, ALERT, CTM, SWIFT.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills

Salary Range:
$41,600 - $60,320 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
