Work Location: Ft. Collins, CO or Remote
Clearance Required: US Citizen & Public Trust Alpha Omega is in search of a talented Mid-Level Enterprise Architect with a minimum of 8 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree to join our team. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for analyzing and refining systems requirements, translating them into application prototypes, planning and designing systems architecture, and writing, debugging, and maintaining code. This role involves determining and designing applications architecture, output media/formats, and user interfaces, as well as working with customers to test applications and ensuring software and systems quality and functionality. Additionally, the Enterprise Architect will integrate hardware and software components, write and maintain program documentation, evaluate new applications software technologies, and ensure the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices. Responsibilities: Analyze and refine systems requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Translate systems requirements into application prototypes for validation and testing.
Plan and design systems architecture to meet scalability, reliability, and performance requirements.
Write, debug, and maintain code to implement system designs and functionality.
Determine and design applications architecture, output media/formats, and user interfaces.
Collaborate with customers to test applications and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
Assure software and systems quality and functionality through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Integrate hardware and software components to create seamless systems and applications.
Write and maintain comprehensive program documentation to facilitate understanding and future maintenance.
Evaluate new applications software technologies and recommend adoption or adaptation as needed.
Ensure the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of application software services.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture or a related role.
Proficiency in systems analysis, design, and development.
Strong programming skills and experience with debugging and maintaining code.
Knowledge of applications architecture, user interface design, and software testing methodologies.
Experience integrating hardware and software components into cohesive systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to evaluate and adapt to new applications software technologies.
Familiarity with information security/information assurance principles and practices.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field.
Certification in enterprise architecture or related areas.
Experience with cloud computing platforms and technologies.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile development processes and principles.
