Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year

Our attorneys practice before state and federal courts and administrative agencies across the US and we are looking for an experienced Litigation Associate with 3-6 years experience to join our team.
As a Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for handling complex litigation matters, including Class Action Law and employment law cases. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Represent clients in court and at depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and manage cases from inception to resolution
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
- Stay current on legal developments and trends in the litigation field
- Participate in business development activities, including networking and client outreach
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing
- 3+ years of experience in litigation, with a focus on Class Action Law and employment law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
- Must be admitted in MO
