Responsibilities:
• The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meet or exceed DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines.
• Supports defense analytical requirements with enhanced engineering facility assessments through maintaining and managing the facility baseline drawings, creating space utilization strategic planning diagrams utilizing AutoCAD/ VISIO software and through developing, creating and maintaining facility data and accountability spreadsheets.
• Maintains and manages the facility key control program using the Keeper Key control system software.
• Maintains and manages the vinyl plotter.
• Maintains and manages e-facility IN/OUT Processing accountability sheets.
• Maintains and administers SIPR Remedy ticket system software for USCENTCOM J2 facilities.
• The contractor shall ensure that all Facilities Maintenance Team members have SIPR Remedy ticket account access and shall provide user interface training as required.
• Provides customer service support M-F from 07:00-16:00. Required Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Desired Education : Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 12 years, as a substitute to the Bachelor's degree.
