Job Number: R Microelectronics for Artificial Intelligence Subject Matter Expert
Key Role: Leverage te chn ical leadership and subject matter expertise to defense clients in the areas of advanced microelectronics hardware for artifi cia l intelligence ( AI ) applications. Identify and assess the performance of AI microelectronics and asso cia ted hardware against defense needs and requirements. Define strategies and te chn ology assessment methods to enable shared understanding of defense AI microelectronics objectives, testing and evaluation of those te chn ologies, and development of roadmaps, business models, and te chn ology models for improved access and collaboration in the future. Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of experience with microelectronics and semic ond uctor device engineering
Experience with artifi cia l intelligence ( AI ) microelectronics and hardware
Experience as a senior te chn ology advisor or consultant to the US Government, or as a program manager or senior engineer on a US Government contract
Experience building and maintaining US Government client relationships that lead to business opportunities
Experience and ability to lead project teams to meet te chn ical and business objectives
Ability to interpret defense needs for AI microelectronics hardware, evaluate the performance of various te chn ologies and vendors, and define a te chn ology and business roadmap that defines the path forward to senior stakeholders
Ability to obtain a security clearance Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science Additional Qualifications: Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills, including written and verbal briefings to senior client decision makers Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information . Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
