As a member of the Mission-Focused Team (MFT), you will be supporting midpoint operations as a collaborative effort of five Prime contracts working in unison. This program provides the Government with technical and management expertise to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of their missions and systems. The Integrator MFT PMO has a current opening for an Integrator Technical Director (ITD). In this position, you will help integrate and support the five Chief Engineers as part of Mission Innovation Committee to identify and address the risks, opportunities across the MFT, interface with task leads to characterize issues and challenges, and connect with stakeholders to figure out the best course of action to help mitigate the pain points, implement best practices, and relay lessons learned to ensure the team continues to improve operational impact. These responsibilities include: Take the initiative to self-educate (research, training, attending Gov't briefings, etc.) and strive to become a SME in the mission space Build strong relationships with the Government customers Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Mission Innovation Committee (MIC) Chairperson Support and mentor CEs and TTO Leads across all MFT prime contracts and TTOs Responsible for technical coordination and collaboration across the MFT Drive culture of continuous innovation and process improvement; provide technical input to the PMC and the Government; maintain technical best practices Responsible for assessment of technical needs and collaborations across all contract program organizations and with external contracts (and their organizations) Identify training needs for personnel; make whitepaper recommendations and facilitate coordination for forecasted or current challenges and MFT innovations; identify IR&D topics Implement best practices across the contract and assist with implementation, where practical Organization and management of various working groups with technical SMEs Collaboration with product development organizations in areas such as requirements clarification, architecture, maintenance, documentation, training, and integration & test Inward facing within both the mission and the MFT but also outward facing to execute strategy, development and forecasting/creating opportunities Required Qualifications: Required Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline A minimum of ten (10) years of experience supporting IC or DoD programs Desired Skills/Qualifications: Understanding of the Agencies mission and organizational structure, the ability to pull threads across multiple organizations, connect Org Stakeholders and engage with the other MFT Company Executives and Technical Directors Previous progressive technical leadership roles to include TTO/Tech Lead, Chief Engineer, etc. Systems Engineering experience; Development and/or Operational experience with front-end collection systems; Basic knowledge of network protocols Familiarity with commercial SATCOM, wireless, and/or wired modern telecommunication technologies Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph Headquartered in Columbia, MD, RealmOne provides advanced technology services and solutions focused on cybersecurity, intelligence collection and analysis, data science and advanced analytics, and hyper-automation to support our country's most critical national security initiatives.
