As part of our DI SW FIN MAI team, we are looking for a Project Manager to support our end-to-end M&A process with a strong focus in Transaction execution. The candidate will support and drive Acquisition and Divestiture projects within DI SW as well as other Corporate Development activities. Additionally, the candidate would be involved in the continuous improvement of our tools and processes. The DI SW FIN MAI team is responsible for M&A execution within DI SW working in a strong partnership with our Corporate MAP M&A and DI SW Strategy teams and reporting into the Finance organization. Reporting line to DI SW FIN MAI Head. Number of members of the team: 10. Responsibilities: Responsible for M&A project execution within DI SW Key activities: Project management (along with MAP M&A) on Transaction projects Valuation, Business Planning, Market Research Due Diligence with strong focus in Finance Transaction execution Support Next Gen of tools Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience: B.S. Degree in Finance / Business or similar M&A Transaction experience (3+ years) Technical knowledge in Valuation / Business Planning / Due Diligence Travel - estimated around 5-10% Ability to learn Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. Transform the Everyday The salary range for this position is $120,800 to $217,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
