About the Team:

The Planning and Allocation team is always on top of the latest trends-using data, research, and expert analytical skills to ensure we've got the right product in the right places at the right time. They work closely with partners in Production, E-commerce and Retail to forecast, plan and manage our inventory-ensuring we delight our customers with products they love.

The Rothy's Planning Analyst will support the creation, management and execution of end to end sales, gross margin, and merchandise planning strategies to achieve or exceed seasonal plans. They will collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure each seasonal assortment maximizes sales and gross margins while optimizing inventory. They will partner closely with Production to ensure clear communication to support Production's needs and influence Production to optimize delivery timing to maximize sales and gross margin. The Analyst will report to the Women's Footwear Senior Merchandise Planner to influence the department plans and forecasts.

What you'll do:

Assist in managing women's footwear for sales, gross margin, inventory and receipts.

Post-Season / Pre-Season

  • Hindsight: Support planning team with analyzing historical data and current trends and recommend actions that will maximize sales and gross margin while optimizing inventory levels
  • Financials: Assist with development of pre-season plans that align with tops down targets and seasonal product strategy and include sales, gross margin and inventory
  • Financial Alignment: Participate in communicating financial targets vs. bottom up roll across Open to Buy, Investment Review and Hindsight process for your functional area to the cross functional team

In Season

  • Product Performance Analysis: Support planning team by tracking weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and inventory performance vs. plan and projection.
  • Production Partnership: Support partnership with production and logistics teams to communicate replenishment at the channel level and initial order needs and timelines
  • Reporting: Develop, run and publish accurate reporting to cross functional teams as the single source of truth

Pay range:

$28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
