Mercedes-Benz of Jackson is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join us in supporting our dealership staff and customers.
Responsibilities will include some of the following based on ability and need in the accounting department: - Perform basic and routine accounting functions
- Scan and view documents
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable processes; reconcile and prepare daily cash deposit, credit card deposit, update receivable ledger
- Assist in processing car deals
- Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Requirements: - Positive attitude & very outgoing personality
- Exceptional written & oral communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
