Mental Health Therapist

Pause Wellness Center, Inc. is actively seeking outpatient mental health therapists who hold a license (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) or are working towards obtaining one. • Ongoing support and weekly case consultation meetings with individual supervision Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake sessions with clients to assess and diagnose their mental health needs.
• Deliver customized mental health services to individuals of different age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Adhere to regulations and policies by accurately documenting client information.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and engage in case consultations to ensure effective collaboration and support.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 sessions per week, offering flexibility in work hours for individuals who prefer working later in the day.
• Collaborate with practice staff and external professionals to enhance client care and outcomes.
• Foster clear and effective communication with both clients and colleagues.
• Ensure timely submission of required paperwork. Qualifications:
• Excellent problem-solving skills are required for this position.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• A master's degree in the mental health field is a must-have qualification.
• Previous experience in outpatient therapy is preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices is necessary.
• Flexibility to work nights or weekends is required.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team is important.
• Must possess the capability to learn and understand technology with moderate ease.
