We seek mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW) for full-time positions in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

Must be fully licensed or be actively working toward independent licensure in the state of Arkansas
LPC, LCSW
Must be willing to work in a mix of school, office, and home visits
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
Solid computer and basic technology skills
Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
Self-motivated and independent therapists able to quickly build rapport with clients

Responsibilities and Duties:

Must conduct home visits at least once per month, required visits in the office, schools, and other facilities as necessary to ensure Home and Community Based client care
Assist with support groups, as assigned, if necessary
Keeps all required documentation current: 90 day reviews and Treatment Plans, as well as any other documentation requirements
If client has a guardian/parent, meets with guardian on monthly basis (minimum)
Plans and administers therapeutic treatment such as behavior modification and stress management therapy to assist patient in controlling disorders and other problems
Directs case management assigned to patient.
